Mexican textile art has centuries of history and creativity throughout the country. Thanks to this, and a wide diversity of traditions and customs, México is recognized as one of the main countries with the most beautiful and artistic productions in the textile world.
There are different textile artists, weavers and embroiderers in each corner of México who have not only been responsible for immortalizing the techniques and symbolisms of our ancestors in traditional clothing, but also for creating amazing works of art. The style varies in every state, even among cities and small towns within the same state; every population has its own characteristic design.
We have launched this Capsule Collection called “México Lindo” to honor the work of Mexican artisans featuring handcrafted pieces from different regions in Oaxaca and Chiapas, each piece is authentic, original and unique.
The distinctive work of these artisans from Oaxaca involves a lot of creativity and art.
The small textile producing community located away from society, deep into the Zapoteca mountains demonstrates what can be accomplished with talent, patience and dedication.
